Your website has one of the best methods of measuring if your advertising is working and I'm not just talking about the fact that you can see traffic statistics at a glance that basically just show spikes in traffic when you advertise.

I'm talking about the people that take the next step and actually request more information, that you send them, and then, in some cases, never even follow up with them! I'm talking about the people that give you their contact information when they sign up for your:

You get their full contact information including their email, phone, cell, fax and physical address if you demand it, but how often have you sent them an email, voicemail, text message, fax and salesletter or postcard? Probably NEVER! At best most people send them an email, usually via auto responder, and then maybe have a salesperson follow up with a phone call, possibly once or twice - maximum. 30% never get contacted; 30% get contacted and aren't interested; 30% are interested but don't buy; and 10% actually buy something.



DOUBLE YOUR SALES



If you can convert 5% of the people that never get contacted, 15% of the people that aren't interested; and 20% of the people that are interested but don't usually buy, into clients, then you have just doubled your sales!

How? With continual contact by every method possible. After all, you have their email address, their phone number, their cell number their fax number and their physical address. Put a strategy together that combines all four in a multiple stream of continuous initiatives until they either buy from you or tell you to stop contacting them.

From my research, many systems have two, three or possibly even four of the necessary components required for multiple streams of contact but none are able to combine all in such a way that actually work in sync with each other effectively.

TRIPLE YOUR SALES



So now you've doubled your sales and twice as many people are buying from you. The way to triple your sales is to get more people buying more and referring all their friends. The best time to get more people to buy more is at the point of sale. Try combining something hard with something soft and vice versa. For example: Something hard: A guitar. Something soft: Guitar Lessons. It doesn't matter which comes first. If you are a music teacher, become a musical instrument seller and if you are a musical instrument seller, hire an instructor to record a DVD for you.



Next we want to get people to tell all their friends through viral marketing so you want to create a Formalized Referral Program and an Affiliate Program. The Referral Program is as simple as getting the "Bonus DVD" for referring 2 friends. The Affiliate Program works very effectively using the motivational strategies of rank, recognition, prizes and money that guarantees exceptional results.
