The initial franchise fee is $35,000.00 + taxes, which covers :

• The right to own and operate a WingsUp franchise

• A secured territory

• The right of use to all Wings Up trademarks and protected material

OUR TEAM WILL PROVIDE A COMPLETE TURN-KEY OPERATION INCLUDING

• Site Selection evaluation of potential restaurant sites based on proven selection criteria

• Lease Negotiation an understanding of the real estate trends

• Design and Store Layout engineered drawings, mechanical, electrical and general layout

• Supervision of store construction Professional supervision of all construction–typically our restaurants are 1200-1500 sq. ft.

• Complete training both before opening and with on location support for up to 4 weeks following opening

• Advertising targeting your general service area for the week prior to and the week following opening
